S'mores tray design was created in house by us to be lightweight (cheaper to ship to you) but still strong, easy to carry when loaded down, and still be very organized. Wood materials are cut with a laser for precision fitment every time, as well as fast production times, keeping our prices down compared to competitors. It is then stained, given a light sanding in areas for a more distressed look, and then sealed to preserve the color and wood.
